What's the ONE THING I can do such that by doing it everything else will become easier or unnecessary? This is the focusing question that author Gary Keller poses to the reader in his new and sure to be best seller "The One Thing." Voltaire one wrote, "Judge a man by his questions rather than his answer." I recently had the opportunity to listen to Gary Keller live thanks in part to my great friend and colleague Kristan Cole a top producing agent in Alaska for Keller Williams, so thank you Kristan for the invitation! I would like to share an example of a question that Gary Keller uses in his book, what is the one thing I can do today to strengthen my spiritual faith? Answer, I tithe 10 percent of my annual gross income to God! In 1 Timothy 6:10 says "For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs." So I challenge you to ask yourself the focusing question in all areas of your life. 1. spiritual 2. physical health 3. personal life 4. key relationships 5. financial life 6. business life 7. job And he purposely made it clear at his live event that this was the order that your priorities should be set in!
